Ceramic Core Finishing
NHVS International Inc. is a leader in the area of ceramic core finishing for the investment casting industry. We are dedicated to providing quality services and on-time deliveries with a low cost. NHVS International Inc. puts all products through precise inspections through out the finishing of the core and provides customer inspection areas. NHVS International Inc. works very close with all customers to assure that their criteria and specifications are being met thoughout the entire process and in inspection.
Ceramic Prep
NHVS International Inc. works closely with our Customer's to assure that the ceramic core is completed to their work instructions and it is prepared to go into wax injection.
NHVS International Inc. has over 30 Prep stations to assure our customers that the quality and price they are looking for is realized. NHVS International Inc. is proud of it's proven track record of Quality, on time deliveries, and low cost.

Metal Finishing
Our 100,000 sq. ft. facility is equipped with the latest in metal casting finishing equipment. This allows us to deliver the highest quailty and the most cost effective pattern/assembly to our customers. Seventy finishing stations, 14 belting stations, and 17 Blasting & Micro Blasting stations gives our customers the flexibility, on time deliveries and cost savings they need to stay competitive in todays markets. NHVS International Inc. works closely with all our customers to meet or exceed the customers' guidelines while ensuring an quality, on-time product.
Wax Injection
NHVS International Inc. offers Wax injection services. We can offer machinery with dual wax tanks, recipe screens, sliding table, temperature controls and a Nozzle Pressure Transducer. NHVS International Inc. has a fast turn around of twenty-four hours and keeping your quality high and your cost low is what NHVS International Inc. promises to you our customer everyday. NHVS International Inc. works very close with all customers to assure that their citeria and specifications are being met thoughout the entire process and in inspection.
Wax Patterns
Our 100,000 sq. ft. facility is equipped with the latest in pattern production and assembly equipment. This allows us to deliver the highest quailty and the most cost effective pattern/assembly to our customers. One hundred -twenty four assembly stations and 9 wax and plastic presses, gives our customers the flexibility, on time deliveries and cost savings they need to stay competitive in todays markets. NHVS International Inc. works closely with all our customers to meet or exceed the customers' guidelines while ensuring an quality, on-time product.
